  • No, sorry! As a full-service studio, I specialize in both design and print, and it’s essential to maintain a balance between these two aspects to operate sustainably. By managing everything in-house, I’m able to ensure the quality and consistency that my clients expect from start to finish.

  • Item descriptionI typically recommend booking 2-3 months in advance of your target date for the quickest turnaround. However, booking further ahead is the safest and most ideal option. That said, due to my fluctuating schedule, I may be able to accommodate rush orders—feel free to ask!

  • Paper selection typically happens during the design process. I tend to favor heavier, textured papers with a natural look and enjoy adding at least one bold, vibrant color to the mix.

    My go-to options include French Paper 100lb cardstock, Gmund 110lb cover (in matte, biocycle, cotton, and used finishes), Mohawk Superfine Soft White 100lb cover, and handmade papers sourced from artists.

  • I can mail a selection of paper samples to help you narrow down your options. While I don't currently offer physical samples of invitation suites, I do provide high-quality photos that should give you a clear idea of what to expect.

  • A mailed check, Venmo, or Zelle are the preferred payment methods. Credit Card and Paypal payments are accepted, however a 3% charge will be added to the invoice to cover the associated fee.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping:
Thank you for your order! All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via Shippo once your package has been dispatched.

Damaged Goods:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please include photos of the damage to help us process your request as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds:
We accept returns or offer refunds only if the item has not yet been shipped. If you need to cancel or modify your order before it ships, please reach out to us within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, but we are happy to replace any damaged goods as outlined above.
